Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose of the Service
Ship US Now LLC provides a package forwarding service.
We receive packages on behalf of the customer and forward them to the final address provided.
We do not intervene in the purchase, selection, or contents of products, except as outlined in Section 10.
2. Customer Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for:
The contents of the packages sent to us,
Compliance with customs and import laws of their country,
Product compliance (authenticity, safety, etc.).
The customer must check local legislation, applicable taxes, and the list of authorized or prohibited products in their country.
Ship US Now LLC cannot be held liable for blockage, seizure, confiscation, or taxation by customs authorities.
3. Prohibited Items
All hazardous, illegal, perishable, regulated, counterfeit items, or items requiring customs authorization are strictly prohibited. These restrictions are imposed by carriers and international regulations (IATA, HAZMAT) and are not determined by Ship US Now.
This includes, but is not limited to: weapons, explosives, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, perfumes, aerosols, sprays, nail polish, glues, lithium batteries, fresh or refrigerated food, flammable liquids, auto parts containing liquids/gases, high-value jewelry, artwork, and counterfeit items.
Any package containing a prohibited item will be refused, not shipped, and may be destroyed after notifying the customer.
The customer is responsible for requesting a refund directly from the seller.
If a return is requested, fees will be charged to the customer, and shipping costs must be paid directly between the customer and the seller. Ship US Now does not intervene in these processes.
4. Package Inspection
Ship US Now LLC reserves the right to:
Inspect a package if there is reasonable suspicion,
Refuse any non-compliant package,
Notify authorities in case of suspicious or illegal packages.
5. Accepted Packages and Liability
Only packages from recognized US merchants (Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, Target, Apple, Costco, Home Depot, etc.) are accepted.
Packages from peer-to-peer sites (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari) or sent by individuals (friends, family, etc.) are refused.
The customer is fully responsible for the contents of their packages, including any illegal or prohibited items.
They must provide clear proof of purchase (detailed invoice).
In case of doubt (suspicious package, no proof of origin), we may:
Refuse to forward it,
Quarantine it,
Report it to the authorities if necessary.
We are not responsible for package contents.
6. Carrier Responsibility and Delivery Times
Ship US Now LLC is not responsible for delays or incidents related to carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, OPT NC, Fare Rata, or others).
Once the package is handed over to the carrier:
We cannot expedite delivery or intervene,
The package is no longer in our possession,
Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ship US Now LLC is not responsible for:
Loss, seizure, or destruction of packages by authorities or carriers,
Delays due to customs procedures or unforeseen events,
Damages related to package contents or product non-compliance.
8. Storage and Abandonment
Packages are stored free of charge for 10 days after arrival.
After this period, storage fees may apply.
If a package is not collected or forwarded within 30 days, Ship US Now LLC reserves the right to destroy it without refund.
9. Internal Processing Time
Packages are processed and shipped within an average of 1 to 3 business days after receipt and full payment of handling and shipping fees.
Any delay caused by the customer (payment, missing information, etc.) may extend this period.
10. Purchasing on Behalf of the Customer
In certain cases, Ship US Now LLC may purchase items on behalf of the customer as an intermediary, without markup or profit.
The customer selects and approves the product.
Ship US Now LLC is not responsible for issues related to purchase, delivery, or product compliance, and no refund will be issued.
11. Force Majeure
Ship US Now LLC is not responsible for events beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters, customs or logistics disruptions.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using our service, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges awareness of prohibited items and their responsibilities.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the competent courts of the State of Florida.
