All hazardous, illegal, perishable, regulated, counterfeit items, or items requiring customs authorization are strictly prohibited. These restrictions come from carriers and international regulations (IATA, HAZMAT) and are not determined by Ship US Now.

Any package containing a prohibited item will be refused, not shipped, and may be destroyed after notifying the customer.
The customer is responsible for handling any refund directly with the seller.
If a return is requested, fees will be charged to the customer, and shipping costs must be settled directly between the customer and the seller. Ship US Now does not intervene in these processes.
